I am in my eleventh year in real estate and have participated in over 310 transactions. I service Santa Cruz County from Scotts Valley along the coast through to Rio Del Mar and La Selva Beach, specializing in beach homes and ocean properties. I am a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and serve on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Long Marine Lab at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center. I have a passion for ocean conservation, and the Monterey Bay offers a multitude of opportunities to become involved with this cause. I live in the city of Santa Cruz with my wife and two children. With more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry, Carrie has a background in title and escrow and has worked as both an office manager and transaction coordinator. She is experienced in residential sales, refinance transactions, reverse mortgages, REO's and short sales.

Carrie is also a California state notary public. She is NNA certified and background screened and has completed more than five hundred signings to date. Carrie received an Associates of Science degree in real estate and is a California licensed real estate broker.
